Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at WNSDY. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

Australia

  • $15 flat rate for orders under $100
  • Free delivery for orders over $100

Rest of World

  • $25 flat rate for orders under $250
  • Free delivery for orders over $250

3. Split Shipments (Our Complimentary Service)

If your order contains multiple items and one or more will not be available for shipment within 1 week, we will -

  • Ship the available items immediately
  • Cover the cost of the second shipment for the delayed items

You'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment at no extra cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please all 24 hours for tracking updates. 

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@wearewnsdy.com
  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 2 days with photos, and we'll assist with next steps.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer's expense. 

8. Returns & Easy Exchanges

We want you to love your WNSDY pieces - but if something's not quite right, we've kept returns simple.

How to return:

Email us at hello@wearewnsdy.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, we'll send through a return label (for domestic orders) and guide you through the next steps. 

Domestic (Australia) Returns

  • Exchanges are free - we'll cover the return shipping for size swaps or different styles.
  • Refunds or credit notes will incur a $15 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total. 

International Returns

  • If your order is faulty, we'll cover return shipping - just email us and we'll sort it out.
  • For change-of-mind or sizing returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide international return labels at this time. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 10 business days
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We'll process your refund, credit note, or exchange as soon as we receive and inspect your return. 

9. Import Duties & Tariffs

For international orders, please note that import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. 

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer. 

WNSDY is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges that may apply when your order enters your country.
